• Contact name & email address of person in charge of on site electricity
• Full MPAN Number (s)
• Single phase or three phase supply
• System simulation from PVSol, PVSyst, OpenSolar or similar program (our in house design service is available)
• Number of solar modules you are installing and the model number (i.e 250Wp)
• Datasheet for PV modules used
• Datasheet for inverters used
• Datasheet for battery storage used
• G99 certification for the inverters 
• Google earth image showing location of installation with a pin dropped on the roof space being used and the mains meter location
• Signed Letter of Authority (please contact us for a template)
• FULL details of Any Existing Installation
