We are pleased to announce MBC Renewables Ltd will be partnering with Green Energy Academy to deliver our Safely Testing & Commissioning PV Systems course to Middle Eastern & African renewable energy professionals on November 26th, 27th and 28th.
This follows our successful first event held in July 2021 that garnered much positive feedback from attendees.
In this solar PV training course, the attendees will take a comprehensive journey through the solar PV testing and commissioning process.
On day one the course establishes a strong foundation in health & safety, solar PV technology and pre testing preparation.
Day two focuses heavily on the IEC 62446 Standard, IV Curve Tracing and how we can apply advanced testing techniques in real world situations.
The course culminates in a practical session where the group tests a solar array live using the techniques we have learned throughout the training, cementing our knowledge.

This month we took time to deliver free online tool box talks about solar PV PPE and H&S concerns.
In particular we looked at how a solar energy contractor can protect themselves and their coworkers from arc flash and electric shock.

MBC Renewables & SCJ Electrical & Renewables Ltd worked together to prove an innovative installation on a Kingspan roof in Lanchester, County Durham, England.
The team performed an extensive visual inspection, tested several strings and modules to IEC62446 standards and produced a performance report for the end client.
We will perform annual maintenance and periodic inspections on this plant to ensure efficiency and electrical safety for years to come.
In Mrs Taylor's previous property, she had solar installed and was a big fan of the results.
When she moved home, Mrs Taylor trusted MBC Renewables and UCS Renewables to handle the installation on her difficult roof space.
A thorough site survey was performed on the property followed by a 3D model and output simulation. Once Mrs Taylor was happy with the design our professional installation team went to work.
